When Migrating To A New Hard Disk

UltraSeps will need to be re-authorized to run if upgrading to a new hard disk.
After migrating to a new hard disk, when attempting to use UltraSeps a C23 error will be generated and UltraSeps will not run.

If you change your RAM, Video Card or Motherboard, it will also need to be reauthorized.

Follow the instructions below to resolve.

Instructions:

Close Photoshop.

Download this small file here containing a new Ticket File and unzip.

On Windows, open your C: Drive and look for a folder named UltraSeps and open it.

On Macintosh, open the Macintosh HD and look for a folder named UltraSeps and open it.

Now open the folder named QuickLicense.

Copy the small unzipped file downloaded named ultraseps2 to the QuickLicense folder.

Launch Photoshop.

Click the Action that says "Unlock UltraSeps Now".

When the Try-Buy-Unlock-Quit box appears, click the button that will say either
Unlock or Authorize.

The Activation Screen with the Request Number will now appear.

Email the Request Number to us and indicate the ultraseps2 ticket has been installed.

If forgetting to tell us you're using the ultraseps2 ticket file, you will receive an invalid unlock code since we'll assume its a normal new install.

We'll then issue a new unlock code within 24 hours or sooner. If requested between 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM New York time, you'll receive the unlock code the same day.
